February 6: I spent most of the last week either in a hotel room or a hospital waiting room. I do not recommend either of these if you can possibly avoid it. Actually, if the hotel room has a whirlpool, a great view, and good room service, that's not so bad. If, however, the hotel room is in downtown Cleveland, in the middle of winter, with a barely functioning plumbing system and a stunning view of urban blight, well, pass.
